Request-led production support

How the network works

Crew, gear and location needs begin with private briefs. Studio, drone and learning pages explain the next step without presenting an unconfirmed public inventory.

1. Choose the right request

Share the roles, equipment or location need, dates, production type and useful context once. The brief is not published or sent into an open marketplace.

2. We review the brief

The authorised team checks the information needed for a useful response, identifies the appropriate local route and asks for clarification when the scope is incomplete.

3. Project terms are confirmed clearly

Current availability, specifications, access, logistics and commercial terms are confirmed for the actual production. For crew requests, EC Film Resource provides a project-specific quote based on the confirmed brief.

4. Crew apply privately

Experienced practitioners and legitimate new entrants can apply to the managed roster. There is no application fee. An application does not guarantee acceptance, establish employment or guarantee work.

5. Learners create an account

Online lessons, assessments, progress and completion records live inside the private e-learning portal. Registered learners can also attend selected in-person dates during the year without an additional attendance fee, subject to announced dates, advance registration and capacity.
